Account & Data Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your AI Stamp ID account and all associated personal data.
At AI Stamp ID (owned and operated by CurioFury LLC), we respect your privacy and data ownership. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time without needing to keep the mobile application installed.
Option 1: Delete Directly from Settings (Instant)
Recommended if you can still log into your account
If you have access to your account on the web or mobile app, you can delete your account immediately:
- Sign in at the AI Stamp ID Login Page.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom.
- Click Delete Account and confirm the prompt.
Upon confirmation, your credentials and data will be erased immediately from our servers.
Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request Online
For users who uninstalled the app or cannot sign in

You can also email us directly at support@aistampid.com or info@aistampid.com with the subject "Account and Data Deletion Request".
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account Credentials: Email address, user name, profile data, password hashes, and OAuth tokens.
- Uploaded Images: All original uploaded stamp images, high-res scans, and generated crops.
- Analysis & Results: Scott catalog numbers, perforation measurements, centering grades, and condition notes.
- Stamp Collection: All saved items, catalog records, and personal inventory entries.
- Usage Records: Search logs, deep search usage tracking, and technical preview sessions.
Data Retention & Exceptions
- Financial Records: In-app purchase receipts and anonymized billing transaction IDs may be retained to comply with legal, tax, and anti-fraud regulations.
- Subscription Cancellation: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Please cancel subscriptions directly in your Google Play or Apple settings.
- Processing Period: Online requests are completed within 30 days. In-app deletion is instant.
